Privacy Policy

How information is handled for Chipwiz apps and related services.

Effective date: June 4, 2026

1. Overview

Chipwiz is an independent app developer. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use my apps, visit my website, or contact me.

2. Information I collect

I do not collect personal information through the app itself unless explicitly stated in the app or on its App Store listing.

If you contact me by email, I may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

3. How information is used

  • To respond to support requests, questions, or feedback.
  • To maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the app.
  • To comply with legal obligations, if required.

4. App data and tracking

I do not use the app to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

I do not sell personal information.

I do not share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Third-party services

If a Chipwiz app uses third-party services in the future, such as analytics, crash reporting, authentication, payments, or cloud storage, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

App Store purchases, subscriptions, and other Apple-provided platform features may be processed by Apple under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.

6. Data retention

If you contact me by email, I may keep that correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, keep support records, or resolve related issues.

7. Children’s privacy

My apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact me so I can review and delete it if appropriate.

8. Your choices

You may choose not to contact me by email. If you do contact me and want your message deleted, you can request that by email.

9. Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, with the effective date shown at the top.
